Hewlett-Packard is seeking an experienced Recruiting Process Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering successful projects, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and have a passion for recruiting and process improvement.The Recruiting Process Project Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for process improvement and recruiting initiatives. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have: -At least 5 years of experience in project management, recruitment process improvement, or related fields-Strong organizational and multitasking skills-Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Ability to analyze data and develop process improvements-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software-A Bachelor's degree in a related field
