  4. Conduct research and gather data to contribute to project planning and decision making.
  5. Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  7. Identify and communicate potential project risks and propose solutions.
  8. Support project managers in managing project budgets and resources.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve project management skills.
  10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment within the project management department.
  11. Act as a liaison between project managers and other departments within the company.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and culture.
  13. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the success of projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Solid Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall, And Be Able To Effectively Plan, Execute, And Monitor Projects.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Project Managed Services Intern, You Will Be Working With Various Stakeholders, Both Internal And External. Therefore, Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Project Updates, Risks, And Issues.

  • Technical Knowledge: A Basic Understanding Of It Infrastructure, Software Development, And/Or Other Technical Areas Related To Managed Services Is Highly Desirable. This Will Enable The Intern To Better Understand Project Requirements And Challenges.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions Is Crucial For A Project Managed Services Intern. Additionally, The Intern Should Be Able To Anticipate And Proactively Address Potential Issues That May Arise During The Project Lifecycle.
