  1. Develop and implement compliance initiatives and procedures to ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions to promote awareness and understanding of ethical business practices and compliance requirements.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for employees to address any compliance-related concerns or questions.
  6. Monitor and track compliance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
  7. Prepare and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports, to support compliance efforts.
  8. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  9. Facilitate the investigation of potential compliance violations and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  10. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulators and auditors, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  11. Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of ethical and compliant behavior.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance the organization's compliance program.
  13. Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ethical behavior in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination, Preferably In Ethics And Compliance.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Ethics And Compliance.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs And Policies.
