Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies and roadmaps.
Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market and customer insights.
Monitor and analyze product performance, sales, and market share.
Develop and manage product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.
Work closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and successful product development.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform product positioning and differentiation.
Develop pricing strategies and conduct pricing analysis to maximize profitability.
Communicate product updates and developments to internal teams and stakeholders.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop effective messaging and positioning for products.
Continuously monitor and assess market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for product innovation.
Manage product lifecycle and make recommendations for product enhancements or discontinuations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology to inform product strategy.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
