Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, results-oriented Planning and Operations Analyst to join the team at Hewlett-Packard/HP. In this role, you will coordinate and manage operations to ensure that our organization functions efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Monitor and analyze operations performance and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Develop and maintain performance standards and related documentation.
  4. Coordinate and manage operations to ensure they meet organizational goals and objectives.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Design and implement systems and processes to streamline operations.
  7. Implement best practices and processes for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Prepare reports on operations performance and related metrics.
  9. Provide support for operational planning and project management.
  10. Develop and implement training programs for operational staff.
