We are looking for an experienced and talented Personal Systems Product Manager to join Hewlett-Packard/HP. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic product management initiatives for the HP Personal Systems business. You will be expected to create strategies and develop plans to maximize the growth and profitability of the product line.The ideal candidate should have a strong business acumen and a proven track record of managing successful product management teams. You must be highly organized and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think strategically. A background in marketing and sales strategies is highly desirable.We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is eager to make an impact and take ownership of the product portfolio. Responsibilities:

Develop strategies and plans to maximize the growth and profitability of the HP Personal Systems product line.
Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to determine areas of opportunity and improvement in the product line.
Lead and manage the product management team to ensure successful product launches and implementations.
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote the products.
Establish pricing models and manage product life cycles.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product features and quality meet customer needs.
Monitor the competition and stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure cost-efficiency.
Keep abreast of technological advances and utilize them to create competitive advantages.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, best practices, and corporate policies.
