We at Hewlett-Packard/HP are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Systems Machine Learning Intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and learn from experienced professionals in the field.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and programming skills, a keen interest in machine learning applications, and the ability to work independently. In addition, the successful candidate will be working collaboratively with other interns on assignments, so excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.We are looking for a candidate who has completed at least two years of college or university coursework in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. We would also prefer a candidate who has had some practical experience with machine learning algorithms or projects.If you have the required qualifications and are looking for an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and apply machine learning algorithms to HP’s personal systems products
  2. Research and evaluate new machine learning technologies
  3. Work independently and collaboratively with other interns to complete assigned projects
  4. Synthesize data and develop insights to improve product performance
  5. Develop and test prototypes for machine learning applications
  6. Prepare and present reports and presentations on project progress and results
  7. Keep up to date with industry trends in machine learning and AI
  8. Follow and adhere to HP’s safety and security protocols
