In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the engineering activities of our Personal Computing Accessories (PCA) division. This includes managing project timelines, communicating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of engineering processes and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required, along with 2+ years of experience in a similar role.   1. Coordinate and manage engineering activities for the Personal Computing Accessories (PCA) division.
  2. Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  3. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide updates on progress.
  4. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  5. Monitor and track project budgets, resources, and expenses.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
  7. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address any roadblocks.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project activities and deliverables.
  9. Assist in the development and execution of testing and validation plans.
  10. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
  11. Act as a liaison between different departments and teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
  12. Continuously improve engineering processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Provide support to the engineering team as needed.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies relevant to the PCA division.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  16. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  17. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  18. Strong understanding of engineering principles and processes.
  19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  20. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  21. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  22. Proficient in project management tools and software.
  23. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
