- Coordinate and manage engineering activities for the Personal Computing Accessories (PCA) division.
- Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Monitor and track project budgets, resources, and expenses.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address any roadblocks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project activities and deliverables.
- Assist in the development and execution of testing and validation plans.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Continuously improve engineering processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Provide support to the engineering team as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies relevant to the PCA division.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
