
OEM Technical Customer Manager
The Hewlett-Packard/HP team is looking for an experienced and motivated OEM Technical Customer Manager to take on a pivotal role in our growing organization. This position requires strong technical, communication, and customer experience skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will lead our team of OEM Technical Customer Managers and provide the highest level of customer service and technical support to our clients. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar field. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. A strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and related technologies is highly preferred. The OEM Technical Customer Manager must also be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have the ability to quickly resolve customer issues.
