Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Networking Protocols, Such As Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, And Snmp.
Prior Experience In Network Support Or Administration, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Environment.
Proficiency In Network Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, Including The Use Of Network Monitoring And Diagnostic Tools.
Industry Certifications Such As Cisco Ccna, Comptia Network+, Or Juniper Jncia Are Highly Desirable.
