Job Description

Driving Marketing Lab’s strategy that accelerates the learning and career development of Marketers through a structured framework of tracks, skillsets and skills that deliver on our Marketing values and capabilities. Developing a strategy and plan to equip marketers to understand how to tell great stories, be data-based, drive business growth and see obstacles as opportunities. Influencing and aligning HP development experiences for the entire organization through collaboration with HP’s Marketing HR, People Development, Office of the CMO and external partners, like Reforge, STUKENT, Aspen/LEAP that deliver complimentary or supplementary experiences to HP’s Marketing org. Delivering design thinking and empathy to deliver impactful learning and growth experiences for Global Marketers, Market Marketers and Centers of Excellence Marketing specialists.

Job Qualifications

Marketing and Learning and Development experience (at least 10 years)
