Learning Technologist

We are looking for an innovative and experienced Learning Technologist to join Hewlett-Packard (HP). As a Learning Technologist, you will be responsible for developing HP’s learning and development strategies and overseeing their implementation. You must have proven experience in learning technology, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have a deep understanding of current learning trends. 5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities and strategies.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with external learning and development partners.
7. Manage and maintain HP's learning technology platforms and systems.
8. Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of learning technologies.
9. Monitor industry trends and best practices in learning technology.
10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
