
Label and Packaging Account Manager
Hewlett-Packard/HP is looking for an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Label and Packaging Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of customer accounts, with a primary focus on label and packaging production. The ideal candidate has superior communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the label and packaging industry, and the ability to create and implement customer-focused solutions. If you have a passion for providing superior customer service, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field• 5+ years of experience in label and packaging production or account management• Proven track-record of successfully managing customer accounts• Ability to identify customer needs and create customer-focused solutions• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and within a team environment• Excellent organizational and time-management skills• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and other related software programs
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with current and prospective customers
• Monitor customer accounts for production and delivery of label and packaging materials
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Analyze customer data and develop strategies to streamline processes
• Manage customer orders and provide customer service support
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful completion of customer orders
• Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Prepare and present reports to management on customer accounts
• Adhere to industry regulations and standards
