Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Hewlett-Packard's global IT organization and its various areas of operation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide strategic solutions using technology.
Participate in the Professional Rotation Experience Program to gain exposure to different aspects of the IT organization and develop a well-rounded skillset.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement within the IT organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and provide guidance on technology solutions.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of technology solutions.
Provide support and training to end-users on new technologies and systems.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of the IT organization.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The It Industry, Preferably In A Consulting Role.
Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Experience In Designing And Implementing It Solutions To Improve Efficiency And Effectiveness.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Clients And Stakeholders At All Levels.
Willingness To Travel And Work In A Global Environment, With A Flexible Mindset To Adapt To Different Cultures And Business Practices.
