Internal Audit Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Internal Audit Intern to join the Hewlett-Packard/HP team. Responsibilities:

1. Gather and analyze financial data to identify potential areas of risk and internal control weaknesses.
2. Assess the accuracy and validity of financial records and reports.
3. Prepare financial statements and other reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.
4. Assist with the development of audit plans and procedures.
5. Follow up on audit findings and recommendations.
6. Participate in meetings and discussions with internal stakeholders.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
8. Provide support to the Internal Audit team in day-to-day operations.
9. Assist in the preparation of audit reports and other documents.
10. Maintain audit records and files in an organized manner.
