A Ph.d. In Electrical Engineering, Physics, Or A Related Field With A Focus On Silicon Photonics Research.
Extensive Experience In Designing, Fabricating, And Characterizing High-Speed Silicon Photonic Devices And Systems.
Demonstrated Ability To Conduct Independent Research And Publish In Peer-Reviewed Journals.
Proficiency In Using Simulation Tools And Programming Languages Such As Lumerical, Comsol, And Python.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team And Interact With Cross-Functional Groups.
