Conduct thorough and accurate testing of HP hardware products to ensure they meet performance, quality, and reliability standards.
Develop and execute test plans and procedures for new and existing hardware products.
Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to understand product requirements and provide feedback for improvement.
Utilize various testing tools and equipment to perform functional, stress, and compatibility testing.
Document and report test results, including any defects or issues found during the testing process.
Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hardware testing methodologies.
Assist in the development and implementation of new testing processes and procedures.
Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hardware Testing, Preferably In A Technology Company.
Proficiency In Various Testing Methods And Tools, Such As Automated Testing Software And Oscilloscopes.
Strong Understanding Of Hardware Components And Systems, Including Processors, Memory, And Peripherals.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues.
