Develop and execute test plans and procedures for HP hardware products.
Conduct various types of tests, including functional, performance, stress, and compatibility tests.
Analyze and interpret test results to identify any issues or defects in the hardware design.
Collaborate with the hardware design team to understand product specifications and requirements.
Identify areas for improvement in the hardware design and provide recommendations to enhance product quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot and debug any issues found during testing.
Document and report test results and provide regular updates to the team.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in hardware testing methods and technologies.
Continuously improve and optimize testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
Adhere to strict quality and safety standards while performing tests.
Proactively identify and escalate any potential risks or issues that may impact product quality or delivery timelines.
Participate in design reviews and provide input from a testing perspective.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Computer Engineering.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Hardware Testing, Preferably In The Computer Or Electronics Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Hardware Testing Methodologies And Tools Such As Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, And Software Debuggers.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Compliance Requirements, Such As Fcc And Ul.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Hardware Issues.
