Develop and execute test plans and procedures for new and existing hardware products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve hardware issues.
Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing to ensure product reliability, functionality, and performance.
Maintain and update test equipment and tools to support testing activities.
Analyze and interpret test results to provide recommendations for product improvements.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize testing procedures and increase efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hardware testing techniques.
Communicate test results and findings to project teams and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues in a timely manner.
Adhere to company quality standards and procedures.
Train and mentor junior team members on testing processes and procedures.
Collaborate with design and development teams to provide input on product design and functionality.
Ensure all testing activities are completed within the established timelines and budget.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all testing activities.
Continuously strive to improve the overall quality and reliability of our hardware products.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hardware Testing, Preferably In A Technology Company.
Strong Understanding Of Hardware Components And Systems, Including Processors, Memory, Storage, And Networking.
Proficiency In Using Testing Tools And Equipment Such As Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, And Spectrum Analyzers.
Excellent Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Identify, Analyze, And Resolve Hardware Issues.
