- Establish and maintain strong relationships with global logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers around the world.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing supply chain processes and improving overall logistics performance.
- Monitor and analyze logistics partner performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with logistics partners, including pricing, service levels, and delivery schedules.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of logistics operations, including transportation modes, customs regulations, and import/export requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and supply chain management.
- Communicate regularly with logistics partners to provide updates on product demand, inventory levels, and any changes to delivery schedules.
- Manage logistics partner contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Identify new potential logistics partners and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and service offerings.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on logistics partner performance and key supply chain metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in logistics and supply chain management to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of competitors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all logistics partner-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with logistics partners, promoting a culture of partnership and continuous improvement.
- Train and educate other team members on logistics partner management processes and best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about the latest trends and developments in logistics and supply chain management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Global Logistics Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of International Trade Regulations, Customs Compliance, And Global Supply Chain Operations.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships With Logistics Service Providers And Internal Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Cost Savings, Process Improvements, And Operational Efficiency In Global Logistics Operations.
