
Global Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Global Account Manager to join Hewlett-Packard/HP and help drive our sales efforts. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in managing global accounts. They must be passionate about customer service and have a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience in global account management• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic plans• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to think strategically while understanding the tactical needs of customers• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships• Experience with global account management systems and processes• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for global accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Leverage customer service to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
- Utilize global account management systems and processes.
- Work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Research and analyze the global market for new opportunities.
- Liaise with other departments in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action.
- Ensure that goals and targets are met in a timely manner.
- Assess customer needs and develop strategies to meet them.
