In this role, you will work closely with our clients to provide technical support and troubleshooting for NonStop Servers, ensuring their optimal performance and customer satisfaction.   1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NonStop Servers to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  3. Conduct remote and on-site support for NonStop Servers, including installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and updates in NonStop Server technology.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Document all technical support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to provide updates, status reports, and recommendations.
  9. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical support services.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  12. Handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines and provide exceptional customer service.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks to prevent downtime or disruptions for clients.
  14. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote NonStop Server products and services and provide technical expertise to potential clients.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Hewlett-Packard/HP, maintaining a professional and positive image in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Nonstop Servers: A Field Technical Support For Nonstop Servers Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Architecture, Configuration, And Troubleshooting Of Nonstop Servers. This Includes Experience With Tandem/Hp Nonstop Operating Systems, Utilities, And Hardware Components.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Nonstop Servers Are Critical To The Operation Of Many Businesses And Any Issues With These Systems Can Have A Significant Impact. Therefore, A Field Technical Support Should Be Able To Quickly Identify And Resolve Problems With Nonstop Servers To Minimize Downtime And Ensure Business Continuity.

  • Experience With Networking And Database Systems: Nonstop Servers Often Require Integration With Other Systems And Applications, Such As Networking And Database Systems.
