  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales of HP's cybersecurity solutions to federal clients.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of the federal cybersecurity market to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on federal cybersecurity regulations and requirements, and effectively communicate this knowledge to potential clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within HP to ensure the best solutions are presented to clients.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in federal agencies.
  6. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  7. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the federal cybersecurity industry to continuously improve the sales approach.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  9. Act as a liaison between clients and HP's technical team to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Keep accurate records of all sales activities and regularly report progress to the management team.
  12. Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities within the federal cybersecurity market.
  13. Represent HP at industry events and conferences to network and promote our cybersecurity solutions.
  14. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal cybersecurity regulations and requirements.
  15. Mentor and train junior sales team members on federal cybersecurity best practices and strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Cybersecurity Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal Government Procurement Processes And Regulations.

  • Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Products And Services, Including Network Security, Data Encryption, And Threat Detection.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Technical Information To Non-Technical Audiences.
