  1. Conduct thorough and accurate analysis of ESG data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  2. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to collect and compile ESG data from different sources.
  3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive ESG data management system to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  4. Assist in the creation and implementation of ESG data collection and reporting strategies.
  5. Monitor industry and regulatory developments related to ESG data and make recommendations for updates to data collection and reporting processes.
  6. Communicate ESG data analysis and insights to internal and external stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other mediums.
  7. Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate ESG data trends and insights.
  8. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  9. Stay updated on emerging ESG data trends and best practices to continuously enhance ESG data analysis capabilities.
  10. Support the company's sustainability goals and initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and insights.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate ESG data into decision-making processes.
  12. Uphold the highest standards of data privacy and security in handling ESG data.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of ESG data sources, methodologies, and processes.
  14. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance ESG data analysis skills.
  15. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and sustainability within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Esg Data Analysis, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Esg Principles, Frameworks, And Reporting Standards (E.g. Gri, Sasb, Tcfd).

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools (E.g. Tableau, Power Bi, Excel).

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
