As the PMO for our real estate portfolio and capital programmes, you will play a crucial role in managing our real estate assets and capital investments across the region.   1. Oversee the management of Hewlett-Packard/HP's real estate portfolio and capital programmes in the EMEA region.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the company's real estate assets and capital investments.
  3. Monitor and analyze real estate market trends to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of real estate strategies with company goals and objectives.
  5. Manage and track project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of real estate projects.
  6. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential real estate investments and provide recommendations to senior management.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, landlords, and other external stakeholders.
  8. Negotiate lease agreements and other real estate contracts to ensure favorable terms for the company.
  9. Lead the selection and management of external vendors and contractors for real estate projects.
  10. Develop and maintain a project management framework for real estate projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of real estate projects and portfolio performance.
  12. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate management.
  13. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of real estate operations.
  14. Mentor and support team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  15. Represent the company in industry events and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and network with potential partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Real Estate Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Real Estate Portfolio Management And Capital Programmes Within The Emea Region.

  • Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Market Trends And Ability To Analyze And Develop Strategic Plans For Portfolio Optimization.

  • Proven Experience In Project Management And Managing Complex And Large-Scale Capital Programmes.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership To Drive Successful Outcomes.
