Collaborate with a team of engineers to design and develop cutting-edge hardware solutions for HP products.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in electrical engineering.
Create and maintain detailed design documentation for all hardware components.
Test and troubleshoot hardware designs to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical support and guidance to team members.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) tools to create and modify hardware designs.
Collaborate with external suppliers and partners to source and evaluate components for hardware designs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all hardware designs.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to hardware design processes and methodologies.
Mentor and train junior engineers, providing support and guidance as needed.
Communicate project status and updates to management and stakeholders.
Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality hardware designs.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hardware Design And Development.
Proficiency In Hardware Design Tools Such As Altium, Orcad, And Cadence.
Strong Understanding Of Electrical Hardware Principles, Including Circuit Design, Power Systems, And Signal Integrity.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Hardware Issues Efficiently.
