- Manage relationships with distribution partners and ensure their compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability for distribution partners.
- Train and coach distribution partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to negotiate and manage distribution agreements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on distribution channel performance and key metrics to senior management.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges in the distribution process.
- Travel to distribution partner locations as needed to support business objectives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of HP's products, services, and value proposition.
- Continuously strive to improve distribution processes and strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field
5+ Years Of Experience In The Distribution Industry, Preferably In A Managerial Role
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Distribution Channels
Strong Knowledge Of Sales And Marketing Strategies And Techniques
