Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and business challenges.
Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to design customized solutions for clients using HPE Greenlake technology.
Create and present compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support during the presales process.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HPE Greenlake technology to provide the most innovative solutions to clients.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
Act as a subject matter expert for HPE Greenlake products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the growth and success of the HPE Greenlake division by identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends to help position HPE Greenlake as a leader in the industry.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients to inform future product enhancements.
Represent HPE Greenlake at industry events and conferences.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards.

Job Qualifications

Fluency In Korean And English: The Digital Presales Solution Architect Should Be Proficient In Both Korean And English To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Team Members In Both Languages.
Knowledge Of Hpe Greenlake Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Hpe Greenlake Solutions And Its Various Components, Including Hybrid Cloud, Storage, And Networking.
