Design Project Manager
Primary driver for design strategy and planning for Global Experience Design Services & Solutions team, collaborating with other partners to arrive at robust roadmap definitions. Manages and leads projects involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the design process from discovery to delivery for services and solutions offering. Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program. Drives innovation and integration of new experiences, processes and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the Design organization.
SAFE certification preferred or equivalent experience.
Typically 3 - 5 years experience.
PMP/PMI certification preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience in planning the architecture of experience design software applications for products, services solutions
Experience participating in the design and development of multi-platform software applications and e-commerce
