We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our team at Hewlett-Packard. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leveraging the company website and digital channels to increase conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies for testing, and create and implement action plans for improvement. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of online analytics, a deep knowledge of web design and navigation, and the ability to think creatively and analytically. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills and be able to work independently on multiple projects.
