Connectivity Solution Technical Marketing Engineer
Be the voice and advocate for product quality for installed base and new product releases. Perform root cause analysis and/or create specific recommendations and action plans to reduce defects and improve product quality and customer experience. Provide insights to improve our products (current and future) and solution. Collaborate with R & D and SIV to develop and review test plan for product qualification. Work with cross-functional partners in R & D, Customer support, Marketing and/or Design to identify and improve the solutions in the areas identified. Write technical white papers, customer documentation and conduct training.
0-5 years of professional work experience in technical marketing, software QA or engineering
Familiarity/experience in product development including SW/App desired
Knowledge in wireless technology including 802.11, and Bluetooth
