Job Description

This position is for a SW architect engaged specifically in the operational reliability, performance and monitoring of the UCDE cloud platform. The engineer will collaborate with SW developers, Quality engineers, Ops engineers, and Technical Program Managers to ensure our services meet high standards for scale, performance, robustness, uptime, responsiveness and agility. The engineer will also be involved in working with partner facing teams on evolving processes for broadly communicating operation issues as well as investigations into root cause analysis when the system does not perform to required levels.

Demonstrated SW development experience
Cloud operations monitoring tools experience (Splunk, CloudWatch, Grafana, etc.)
Java development environment and tools
Experience as an SRE (Site Reliability Engineer)
Significant Cloud Ops monitoring experience
