Job Description

Hewlett-Packard (HP) is seeking an experienced and passionate Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Officer to drive our organization's commitment to creating an inclusive environment. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the complexities of DEI and will be able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all business units. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and innovative leader who can bring their expertise to build a culture of belonging and inclusion at HP.Required Qualifications:• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a multifaceted DEI role with a proven track record of success• Demonstrated ability to translate complex DEI issues into practical solutions and drive meaningful change• Proven experience in developing and executing DEI strategies, plans and programs• Strong knowledge of DEI laws and regulations in the US• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders• Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver on DEI objectives• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s degree preferred If you are a dynamic leader who is passionate about creating an equitable and inclusive workplace, we want to hear from you!
