Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
2. Provide customers with product information, pricing, and options.
3. Monitor sales floor and assist customers with product selections.
4. Process sales transactions and ensure accurate completion of paperwork.
5. Assist in maintaining store appearance, including receiving, stocking, and organizing new merchandise.
6. Assist in creating and maintaining a customer database.
7. Participate in promotional activities and special events.
8. Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
10. Maintain knowledge of the company’s product lines and current fashion trends.
