
Retail Operations Manager

This role requires a highly organized, self-motivated professional with excellent time management and problem-solving skills. The Retail Operations Manager must have a proven track record of success in a retail environment, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with other departments.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail operations role and a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. A Master's degree in business or management is preferred. The candidate must have a working knowledge of retail systems and be comfortable with the latest technology. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Hermès International’s retail stores to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor the performance of retail stores to ensure sales goals are met and customer service standards are maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and maximize profitability.
- Analyze store performance data and create reports to present to upper management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage staff and ensure proper training and development.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment activities.
- Ensure retail stores are properly staffed and equipped with necessary resources.
