Job Description

At Hermès International, we are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team and help us grow our retail business. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment.The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of Hermès International’s retail operations. This role requires a highly organized, self-motivated professional with excellent time management and problem-solving skills. The Retail Operations Manager must have a proven track record of success in a retail environment, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with other departments.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail operations role and a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. A Master's degree in business or management is preferred. The candidate must have a working knowledge of retail systems and be comfortable with the latest technology. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of Hermès International’s retail stores to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Monitor the performance of retail stores to ensure sales goals are met and customer service standards are maintained.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and maximize profitability.
  4. Analyze store performance data and create reports to present to upper management.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of activities.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Manage staff and ensure proper training and development.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment activities.
  10. Ensure retail stores are properly staffed and equipped with necessary resources.
