We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Manager to join the Hermès International team. In this role, you will use your expertise to ensure the smooth running of our retail operations. You will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing store operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail operations management role, with experience in luxury retail a plus. You must have a knack for problem-solving and strong leadership and people management skills. An in-depth knowledge of retail operations and strategies is essential, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.If you have a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience and a commitment to excellence, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize retail operations and drive sales.
  2. Manage store staff and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor store performance and take corrective action when needed.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  5. Analyze retail data and trends to identify areas of improvement.
  6. Create and update store policies and procedures.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Develop and manage the store budget.
  9. Train and mentor store staff to provide excellent customer service.
  10. Prepare reports and present findings to upper management.
