
Retail Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our retail stores and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of managerial and operational skills, with a commitment to delivering customer service excellence.The Retail Operations Manager will lead a team to maximize store profitability, drive sales and increase customer loyalty. This role requires proactive and strategic leadership to ensure that all retail stores are meeting company goals and objectives.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field• Minimum 5 years' experience in a retail operations or store management role• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Experience with retail software, such as Microsoft Dynamics AX• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative• Enthusiasm for the Hermès International brand and products
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of retail stores • Monitor store performance and provide guidance to store managers to ensure that all objectives are met • Ensure stores comply with company policies and procedures • Develop and implement store promotions to drive sales • Monitor and analyse store data to identify areas of improvement • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers • Develop and manage store budgets • Manage and monitor staff performance and provide training and development • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty • Ensure stores are adequately stocked, secure, and visually appealing • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner • Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records • Oversee store operations and ensure efficiency of daily tasks
