Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop leather goods in line with Hermès standards and customer requirements.

3. Ensure accuracy and precision when cutting, forming, and stitching leather pieces.
4. Examine and inspect finished products for quality assurance.
5. Maintain a safe and tidy workspace.
6. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and collaborate on projects.
7. Stay up to date on new trends in leatherworking and fashion.
8. Follow all safety and quality guidelines while working with leather goods.
9. Coordinate with other team members and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
10. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
