Finance Manager, Fashion

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with a passion for fashion to join our Hermès International family. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities related to the Fashion business line, and ensuring that the financial operations are efficient and compliant. This is a key role within our organisation as the Finance Manager will act as a strategic partner and advisor to the Fashion team, and manage all accounting and financial operations for the line. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a drive to succeed, and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. 4. Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and objectives to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
5. Analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Monitor and report financial performance to the senior management team.
7. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
10. Provide guidance and support to team members in areas related to finance.
