The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for our products, who is able to provide an exceptional brand experience for our customers. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, an in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and a strong customer service background. You should also have the ability to build relationships with customers, as well as the drive to stay up-to-date on trends in the fashion industry. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of the Hermès brand and the ability to represent our company in a professional manner. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Hermès products and services.
  3. Utilize excellent communication skills when communicating with customers.
  4. Remain up-to-date with trends in the fashion industry.
  5. Represent the Hermès brand in a professional manner.
  6. Work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Assist with any customer inquiries or complaints.
  8. Participate in promotional activities for the Hermès brand.
