Brand Ambassador

We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join the Hermès International team in creating an extraordinary customer experience. As the face of Hermès International, our Brand Ambassadors are passionate about our brand, products and services, and enjoy connecting with customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in customer service and retail sales, with the ability to deliver exceptional service and build relationships with our customers. We’re looking for someone who has excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent the Hermès International brand in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Provide exceptional service to customers, building relationships with them to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to manage customer inquiries and requests.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively answer customer questions.
5. Assist in merchandising, stocking, and inventory management.
6. Handle customer complaints and issue resolution.
7. Monitor sales trends and report insights to management.
8. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
