Healthcare Data Analyst

The Senior Healthcare Research and Evaluation Data Analyst will play a key role in evaluating a wide range of health care delivery transformations implemented across the Partners network. These evaluations will be used to inform leadership decisions and to produce generalizable, publishable findings on healthcare transformation initiatives. The Senior Healthcare Research and Evaluation Data Analyst will work collaboratively with health policy / health services /clinical investigators, Partners operational and clinical leaders, and members of Partners Data and Analytics Organization as needed. The Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will join a team of three data analysts, and a project coordinator. Responsible for translating evaluation questions into analytic plans, constructing analytic datasets by extracting raw data (including claims data) from the Partners electronic data warehouse and other sources as necessary.
