Associate Line Technician

Monitor line operations, troubleshoot equipment as necessary to minimize machine downtime, and maximize line output. Learn to optimize line speeds at various points to create smooth, consistent bottle flow rate. Line operation observations – implement “approved” Continuous Improvement ideas. Clean, PM, Inspect and Maintain production line equipment. Monitor specific change parts for wear, replace as necessary. Complete rapid change outs of equipment to minimize equipment downtown and ensure quality production in a fast-paced, growing environment. Document activities in eMaint or equivalent CMMS asset management system. Ensure equipment clearances with quality control before start of processing. Communicate all equipment issues, procedures effectively and train others, as needed. Follow safety procedures at all times. Report any unsafe acts or conditions. Certify in and follow all GMPs and written SOPs, perform online training on-time.
