Job Description

Responsible for reporting, tracking, analyzing, and resolving store and/or consumer complaints. Maintains all documentation for the Heinen’s Quality System. Responsible for training associates in Quality Control and/or Assurance techniques and procedures to perform all tests, audits, and inspections through proper supervision. Assures accurate results or analytical, microbiological, and organoleptic tests through proper maintenance and adjustment of laboratory equipment. Reviews specifications for packaging materials and assists in accepting or rejecting incoming packaging material based on performance. Informs the appropriate team members of laboratory results and other Quality Assurance information through verbal communication and the Gleason system.
