Job Description

Establish and maintain food production systems and procedures for the ordering, receiving, storing, preparing, and serving of food related products. Responsible for leading a team to continually assess and develop menu planning practices that support store execution. Ensure that requirements for appropriate sanitation and food safety levels, in respective areas, are met. Coordinate and supervise personnel regarding production, merchandising, quality and cost control, and labor management. Provide overall planning, direction and evaluation to corporate food service team, in order to support stores with achieving operational and financial goals.
