- Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for clients based on their specific health needs and goals.
- Conduct nutrition assessments and provide education to clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on current nutrition research and trends to continuously improve and enhance nutrition services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Provide guidance and support to clients to help them make sustainable changes in their diet and lifestyle.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their nutrition plan.
- Conduct group nutrition education sessions and workshops for clients and community members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare facilities and organizations to promote nutrition services.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional guidelines set by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and state licensing boards.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Nutrition Or Food Service Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition Or Dietetics From An Accredited University.
Registered Dietitian (Rd) Or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (Rdn) Certification From The Commission On Dietetic Registration (Cdr).
Current State Licensure As A Dietitian.
Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Dietary Guidelines, As Well As Experience Developing And Implementing Nutrition Education Programs.
