  1. Conduct nutrition assessments and develop personalized meal plans for clients based on their individual needs and medical conditions.
  2. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards their nutritional goals and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans.
  3. Educate and counsel clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition research and guidelines to provide evidence-based recommendations.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of clients' progress and nutrition interventions.
  7. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss clients' care plans and make recommendations.
  8. Develop and implement nutrition education programs for clients, staff, and the community.
  9. Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards in regards to food handling and sanitation.
  10. Provide support and guidance to other staff members on nutrition-related topics.
  11. Serve as a resource for clients and their families on nutrition-related questions and concerns.
  12. Continuously strive to improve the quality of care and services provided to clients.
  13. Uphold the company's mission, values, and code of ethics in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of clients' personal information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  15. Attend and participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition, Dietetics, Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Certification As A Registered Dietitian (Rd) By The Commission On Dietetic Registration (Cdr).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Long-Term Care Facility.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Nutrition And Food Service In Healthcare Facilities.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Educate Patients And Staff On Nutrition And Dietary Needs.
