- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies and ingredients are available for daily operations.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations for dining services staff, providing feedback and coaching for improvement as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Nutrition, Or Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within The Food Service Industry.
Knowledge Of Food Safety And Sanitation Regulations, As Well As Dietary Restrictions And Special Diets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Train A Team.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Abilities, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
