- Learn and understand all aspects of managing a dining services department, including food preparation, service, and sanitation protocols.
- Assist in creating and implementing dining service policies and procedures to ensure high quality and efficient service.
- Train and supervise dining service staff to uphold company standards and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are on hand for daily operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients and residents.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health codes.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new dining service team members.
- Assists in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with management to create and implement strategies to improve dining service operations and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Previous Experience In Food Service Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Dietary Guidelines.
Strong Leadership And Organizational Skills.
Ability To Communicate Effectively With Staff, Residents, And Management.
