- Oversee the daily operations of the dining services department, including meal preparation, service, and clean-up.
- Ensure that all meals are prepared and served according to dietary guidelines and individual resident or patient needs.
- Train and mentor staff on food safety and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order necessary supplies, and manage food budgets.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, patients, and their families by providing exceptional customer service.
